Aishel Shabbat needs you!
Every week, families in our community rely on Aishel Shabbat for their Shabbat meals.
Every day, we receive phone calls from families in need who are not making ends meet, either due to the poor economy, unemployment or underemployment, illness, or handicaps that prevent them from supporting themselves and their families. Some families’ circumstances are the result of divorce, and sadly, even domestic violence has touched our community.
Our community students are taught to do Hesed when they come weekly to help pack the boxes of food.
